Do I need access to a gym?
Yes, the training portion is aesthetics-based and involves targeted strength training. You’ll need access to weights and basic gym equipment.
What’s the nutrition plan like?
It’s a protein-driven approach—aiming for 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight—with clear guidelines for food choices, timing, hydration, and portion control.
Can I follow this plan if I’m vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free?
Absolutely. While the default plan includes animal protein, swaps and suggestions can be made to accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions.
Are there refunds?

How do I track my progress?
